Privately held family business, founded in Montreal in 2001 by Frank Lyman after 25 years at Joseph Ribkoff. His daughter Stephanie became president in 2016 and two of his sons work in the business. Around 98% of the line is manufactured in Canada by subcontractors, and it sells into thousands of stores in dozens of countries — a Canadian-owned exporter rather than a domestic-only label.
