Montreal tea retailer co-founded in 2008 by Herschel Segal (who also founded Le Château). It now trades on the TSX Venture Exchange (DTEA) after leaving Nasdaq. The company's May 2025 release on Segal's death states that his investment vehicle, Rainy Day Investments, remains its largest shareholder. His daughter Sarah Segal is CEO, and his widow Jane Silverstone Segal chairs the board.
