The Campbell Company of Canada is a subsidiary of The Campbell's Company (NASDAQ: CPB since August 2024, previously NYSE). In January 2018 Campbell announced it would close its only Canadian factory, the Etobicoke soup plant open since 1931, and move that production to its US plants in North Carolina, Ohio and Texas (company announcement, plus Globe and Mail and IndustryWeek coverage). The Canadian head office stayed in the Greater Toronto Area. So the soup sold here is US-owned and made in the US.
